Sponsors, Affiliates, Merchants,Organizations
TERMS AND AGREEMENT
Through your participation as an Affiliate (Sponsor, Merchant, Organizations etc) with Flow Master Hip Hop for the
purpose of engaging in agreements to establish methods for providing established offerings to the consumer (music or
Videos etc), you fully accepts the terms and agreement written here within.
REGISTRATIONS
As a participating Sponsors, Merchant, Organization whom has engaged in established agreement(s) and if any such
written established agreements changes to include registration information provided by you, you will notify Flow Master
Hip Hop via email immediately of such changes or within the time frame specified on existing established agreements.
Flow Master Hip Hop reserve the right to confirm the accuracy of any agreement or registration information provided at
any time.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
You agree as a participating affiliate of Flow Master Hip Hop, that you accepts responsibility to safe guard all
personal information collected by you (bank account numbers, credit cards, pay pal account information, names,
social security numbers of the consumer and of Flow Master Hip hop etc ) in order to accomplish established
agreements i.e. contract, provide established offerings to the consumer (music/videos) etc, that you will not
render such information to any party that is not eligible to receive such data or does not has a need to know.
Furthermore this information will only be rendered to parties that only have a legal or professional job related
requirement to obtain such information (court order, working staff members etc) in pursue of accomplishing their
assigned duties. You will keep all reports data and other confidential information provided to you through Flow
Master Hip Hop strictly confidential. Without Flow Master Hip Hop's written consent you will not disclose any
confidential information to any third party or use any such confidential information other than solely as and to
extent required for you to perform under this agreement. You may disclose any such confidential information only
to your employees, officers and directors who need to know such information in order to perform their
perspective duties; provided that such person has a legal contractual obligation to maintain the confidentiality of
such information.
LEGAL REQUIRED DISCLOSURES
If you receive any document request, interrogatory, subpoena or other legal process (Request), that would, by it
terms, require the disclosure of any confidential information protected by this agreement, then promptly upon
receipt thereof, and prior to making any response thereto, you will notify Flow Master Hip Hop in writing or by email
of such request and provide a copy thereof. Upon receipt of such notice, Flow Master Hip Hop may seek to
intervene in the matter in which the request was issued to seek protection of the confidentiality of this agreement.
You may not make any such disclosure absent an order or directive from the tribunal from which such a request
was issued. Flow Master Hip Hop will be entitled to seek and obtain injunctive relief preventing any breach of your
obligation under this agreement without a need to show irreparable harm, and without the need to post a bond or
undertaking.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
You acknowledge that Flow Master Hip Hop's entitlement to any compensation reported with respect to any tracked
activity (included if reported) is solely a function of the terms of Flow Master Hip Hops with the relevant Network
Merchant or any other firm or organization per existing established agreement and that you the participating Affiliate is
solely responsible for rendering all earned payments to Flow Master Hip Hop that does not violate your existing
established Terms and Agreement .
TAX
You agree that you are solely responsible for any tax obligations, if any due to all taxing authorities arising from or
in connection with any earnings received, through your participation with Flow Master Hip Hop.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
You and your Affiliates, officers directors, employees, consultants, agents and representative, and the conduct of
your business, your performance under any engagements with Flow Master Hip Hop shall comply at all times with
all applicable federal, state, provincial and foreign laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, judgments and
decrees.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Flow Master Hip Hop's participation with any Merchant Network, organization, Sponsor or affiliate even private
individuals established agreements may end or be suspended for a number of reasons, to include expiration, or early
termination of agreements and you should not necessarily receive any prior notice that such participation has ended.
Flow Master Hip Hop shall have no obligation to you because of any such termination or suspension. In addition you the
established supporting affiliated will provide Flow Master Hip Hop with all the necessary links, options tools etc so that
all provided services through your established methods can be withdrawn from your sites and controls any time at the
sole discretion of Flow Master Hip Hop.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Each of Flow Master Hip Hop offerings is provided as is where is and "as available". Each of Flow Master Hip Hop
and related parties hereby disclaims any and all warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty as to
accuracy, merchantability, completeness, correctness, security non-infringement, title or fitness for a particular
purpose of any Flow Master Hip Hop offerings or that your use of the same will be uninterrupted or error free or
that flow Master Hip Hop will be available in the event of terminating services for what ever reason or can or
willing to enter into any engagement with you.
Establish sponsorship with other Affiliates
You acknowledge and agrees that Flow Master Hip Hop as an independent individual reserve the sole right to
engage into and establish agreement(s) in order to provide offerings (videos, music) with any Sponsor, Network
Merchant, Organization etc without any liability to you as long as engaging in establish agreements with these
associate Affiliates does not violate the terms or agreement of existing established Affiliates.
Failure to produce established offerings to the consumer
When Merchants, Organizations or Affiliates established methods fails to produce established offerings to the
consumer because of their system failures which has been established to provide such services to the consumer
and the consumer has paid for that service (credit card used to down load songs or videos, pay pal deduction to
down load videos or songs through the Merchant's, Organization's or Affiliates established methods etc), that if
any such malfunctions or failure occurs, fail to produce established offerings to the consumer, whom account has
been debited or monies deducted from to pay for such services. You acknowledge that it is solely the
responsibility of that established Merchant, Organization, or Affiliate whom has collected or receive gains, monies
credit of payment or any established type by you from the consumer. You acknowledge that such system failures
through your establish methods are not in direct control of Flow Master Hip Hop and that Flow Master Hip Hop will
not be held liable for any malfunctions or failures, settlement, fixings reimbursement or any type of compensation
to resolve such failure to provide paid for services to the consumer that Flow Master Hip Hop does not have
direct control of.
NO MODIFICATIONS
You as the affiliate, Network Merchant or Organization will not modify agreed established settings, messages of
advertisements, displays, or any agreed established information provided by Flow Master Hip Hop, which has been
agreed upon to be advertised on you the Merchant's, organization's or Affiliates sites without prior notification and
the consent of Flow Master Hip Hop unless this agreement has been superseded by a prior established
agreement. You agree that you will not hack, abuse, adversely interfere with, infect with viruses, worms or other
malicious or destructive code, or use or cause to be used in extraordinary and unreasonable or inappropriate
ways or amount to any offerings provided by Flow Master Hip Hop. You will not, and will not knowingly permit other
persons to, engage in any fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity in connection with your participation with Flow
Master Hip Hop.
DURATION OF LICENSE RIGHTS RESERVATION
As an participating affiliate of Flow Master Hip hop, the established agreement written here within are valid only
while you remain a member of Flow Master Hip Hop in good standing and comply with this agreement. Flow Master
Hip Hop reserves the full rights to revoke such established participation by giving you notice through email or in
writing if Flow Master Hip Hop elects to do so. This termination by Flow Master Hip Hop will not interfere with
existing established agreements. This agreement has been duly and validly authorized, accepted, executed and
delivered by you (or your authorized representative) and constitutes your legal valid and binding obligation,
enforceable against you in accordance with it's terms and conditions. The performance by you of this agreement
and the participation by you in any Flow Master Hip Hop engagement do not and shall not conflict with or violate
any law, rule regulation, order, judgment, decree, agreement or instrument applicable to you.
LINK SHARE AS A NEUTRAL HOST
Flow Master Hip Hop acknowledges that participating in any link share Network is not an endorsement by link
share of any Network Merchant or Network Affiliate. Link share operates the link share Networks and/or provides
the link share offerings as a neutral host, and link share does not regularly or pro actively monitor, regulates or
polices the usage thereof by any of its participants. Link share is not responsible for the acts, omissions,
agreements or promises of or by any Network Merchant, Network Affiliate or other Site using link share offerings
to enter into any arrangement or otherwise work with any other person or entity.
DATA FURNISHED BY NETWORK MERCHANTS, AFFILIATES, SPONSORS ETC
You as an Network Merchant, Organization, Company, Firm etc are responsible for providing true and accurate
accounting reports of sales, Affiliates earnings, through your appropriate Sponsors (link share, if they have
established a requirement for you to do so etc ) or in other cases directly to flow Master Hip Hop when this
reporting requirement does not violate existing established agreements via email or US email on a periodically
basis (Monthly).
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
If you reasonably determine that any of Flow Master Hip Hop's offerings (music or videos) does not meet
obligations under this agreement which is to provide you the participating affiliate with music or video files so that
the consumer my obtain them through down loading through your established methods, that Flow Master Hip Hop
May determine at its sole discretion and elect to replace or provide replacement (songs or videos files) offerings
in order to continue to provide established services. However Flow Master Hip Hop May elect to terminate such
offerings without any notice or liability to you although it has been recognized by you and presented to Flow
Master as an offering (song or video file) that has malfunctioned (at your level) and is not capable of providing
services any longer . In normal and most cases Flow Master Hip Hop will provide replacement song or video files
to you that have either have been lost or malfunctioned within and at your established systems. If not
withstanding the above liability is imposed on Flow Master Hip Hop then you agree that the total liability to Flow
Master Hip Hop will not exceed ($1.00) one dollars per effected established Affiliate. You recognize and
acknowledge that this reasonable damage is fair and reasonable in light of the fact that Flow Master Hip Hop is
providing offerings to you with out no charge to you.
AMENDMENTS
Upon prior notification (written or email), Flow Master Hip Hop may at any time add to remove or otherwise amend
any or all terms conditions and agreements or other provisions of this agreement. Your use of any Flow Master Hip
Hop offerings after notice is given shall constitute your binding and legally enforceable agreement to such
change. If you do not wish to accept any such change, then you must terminate your account with Flow Master Hip
Hop. You the Affiliate, sponsor Network Merchant or Flow Master Hip Hop may at any time with or without cause
terminate this agreement.
EFFECTS OF TERMINATION
Upon any termination of this agreement, you shall immediately cease to use and remove from any and all sites all
established offerings (music or video files) provided to you by Flow Master Hip Hop. Any and all licenses and
rights granted to you under this agreement shall immediately cease terminate. Any and all confidential or
proprietary information of Flow Master Hip Hop or the participating consumer that is in your possession or control
must be immediately return or destroyed as long as doing so does not violate existing established agreements. If
requested you will certify by email or in a written signed by your representing agencies, authorized officers as to
the return or destruction of all such confidential or proprietary information.
FORCE MAJEURE
Flow Master Hip Hop shall not be liable to you by reason of any failure or delay in to provide established offerings
on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires flood, storm earthquake, explosions act of God, war
governmental action labor conditions interruption in telecommunications services or Internet facilities, or any
other reason that may cause such delay or terminations to provide established offerings.
ASSIGN ABILITY
You shall not assign or delegate any of the rights or obligation under this agreement to any unauthorized firm,
organization affiliate etc, whom has not established the right (through established agreement) to receive such
delegation, transfers etc without the written consent of Flow Master Hip Hop and any such attempted assignment
or delegation shall be void.
NOTICES
If for any reason Flow Master Hip Hop provide notice to you, notice will be provided to you in accordance with per
existing established agreements (example to link share, postage prepaid by U.S. Registered or certified mail or by
international or domestic courier), otherwise where such established notice agreement does not exist in existing
established agreements such notice may be provided to you by email or in writing.
MISCELLANEOUS
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Each participating, parties companies affiliates etc with Flow Master Hip Hop are independent contractors and
nothing within this Agreement should confer upon the either party, affiliate, sponsor, organization etc, shall induce
any authority to obligate or bind the other in any respect.
LANGUAGE
The English language versions of this Agreement are the controlling versions thereof. All supporting and other
inquiries regarding your use of any Flow Master Hip Hop offerings must be communicated with Flow Master Hip
Hop in English, and Flow Master Hip Hop will communicate in English only.
Consumers
TERMS AND AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between the consumer and Flow Master Hip Hop. By using this site to gain access through
provided Merchant's links or other established methods for the sole purpose of editing, down loading of songs or
videos, you agree to the established Terms and Agreement written here within. As a consumer you agree to use
this site only to gain access for music or videos files established by Flow Master Hip Hop for the sole purpose of
editing/viewing or downloading songs or videos through established Merchant links or other established
methods. Some songs and videos may be considered not suitable for minors. You further agree if you are not of
legal age for listening to, viewing or to obtain established offerings (Songs and music videos) through this site or
other established affiliates methods (links etc) or sites, based on your age and because you are considered to be
not suitable for viewing and not suitable for listening to certain songs or music videos, from this site or any
associated affiliates sites for the country, providence Land, Island, State, etc that you are attempting to obtain
such offerings (video or music), through, then you agree not to use this site or any other sites of established
affiliates with Flow Master Hip Hop without the complete consent of your parent or legal guardian. "Parents", It is
your responsibility to be good parents and to know the status at all times of your minors child(s) intention. Please
let's bring them up safe, smart and simple so that they can enjoy and have a good and productive child hood. You
further agree to abide by the Terms and Agreements of all Sponsors Network Merchants, Affiliates, Organization
etc, which has engaged in agreement with Flow Master Hip Hop for the sole purpose of providing established
offerings (music and videos files) to you. You agree and acknowledge that these offerings (songs/videos)
downloaded by you through established Merchants links or other established methods provided to you to obtain
established Flow Master Hip Hop's offerings, will not be reproduced, copied or distributed to other agencies,
organizations private persons, firm or to anyone which will cause you to violate their terms and agreement. You
acknowledge that if any malfunction occurs while you attempt to down load offerings that such failures are not in
the direct control of Flow Master Hip Hop and that Flow Master Hip Hop will not be held liable for any malfunctions,
failures, settlement, fixings reimbursement or any type of compensation to you to solve such malfunctions or
transaction failures that occurred through Affiliates, Network Merchant's qualifying links, Organization, Sponsors
or any other established affiliates established methods.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

disclaims any and all warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty as to accuracy, merchantability,
completeness, correctness, security non-infringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose of any Flow Master
Hip Hop offerings that is provided directly by Network Merchants or participating affiliates and your use of the
same will be uninterrupted or error free or that Flow Master Hip Hop will be available in the event of terminating
services to the Network Merchant, organization sponsors for what ever reason or can or willing to enter into any
engagement with you thereof.

terminate this agreement.
EFFECTS OF TERMINATION

established offerings (music or video files) provided to you by Flow Master Hip Hop. Any and all licenses and

must be immediately return or destroyed as long as doing so does not violate existing established agreements. If

the return or destruction of all such confidential or proprietary information.
FORCE MAJEURE
Flow Master Hip Hop shall not be liable to you by reason of any failure or delay in to provide established offerings
on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires flood, storm earthquake, explosions act of God, war
governmental action labor conditions interruption in telecommunications services or Internet facilities, or any
other reason that may cause such delay or terminations to provide established offerings.
ASSIGN ABILITY
You shall not assign or delegate any of the rights or obligation under this agreement to any unauthorized firm,
organization affiliate etc, whom has not established the right (through established agreement) to receive such
delegation, transfers etc without the written consent of Flow Master Hip Hop and any such attempted assignment
or delegation shall be void.
NOTICES
If for any reason Flow Master Hip Hop provide notice to you, notice will be provided to you in accordance with per
existing established agreements (example to link share, postage prepaid by U.S. Registered or certified mail or by
international or domestic courier), otherwise where such established notice agreement does not exist in existing
established agreements such notice may be provided to you by email or in writing.
MISCELLANEOUS
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Each participating, parties companies affiliates etc with Flow Master Hip Hop are independent contractors and
nothing within this Agreement should confer upon the either party, affiliate, sponsor, organization etc, shall induce
any authority to obligate or bind the other in any respect.
LANGUAGE
The English language versions of this Agreement are the controlling versions thereof. All supporting and other
inquiries regarding your use of any Flow Master Hip Hop offerings must be communicated with Flow Master Hip
Hop in English, and Flow Master Hip Hop will communicate in English only.
Consumers
TERMS AND AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between the consumer and Flow Master Hip Hop. By using this site to gain access through
provided Merchant's links or other established methods for the sole purpose of editing, down loading of songs or
videos, you agree to the established Terms and Agreement written here within. As a consumer you agree to use
this site only to gain access for music or videos files established by Flow Master Hip Hop for the sole purpose of
editing/viewing or downloading songs or videos through established Merchant links or other established
methods. Some songs and videos may be considered not suitable for minors. You further agree if you are not of
legal age for listening to, viewing or to obtain established offerings (Songs and music videos) through this site or
other established affiliates methods (links etc) or sites, based on your age and because you are considered to be
not suitable for viewing and not suitable for listening to certain songs or music videos, from this site or any
associated affiliates sites for the country, providence Land, Island, State, etc that you are attempting to obtain
such offerings (video or music), through, then you agree not to use this site or any other sites of established
affiliates with Flow Master Hip Hop without the complete consent of your parent or legal guardian. "Parents", It is
your responsibility to be good parents and to know the status at all times of your minors child(s) intention. Please
let's bring them up safe, smart and simple so that they can enjoy and have a good and productive child hood. You
further agree to abide by the Terms and Agreements of all Sponsors Network Merchants, Affiliates, Organization
etc, which has engaged in agreement with Flow Master Hip Hop for the sole purpose of providing established
offerings (music and videos files) to you. You agree and acknowledge that these offerings (songs/videos)
downloaded by you through established Merchants links or other established methods provided to you to obtain
established Flow Master Hip Hop's offerings, will not be reproduced, copied or distributed to other agencies,
organizations private persons, firm or to anyone which will cause you to violate their terms and agreement. You
acknowledge that if any malfunction occurs while you attempt to down load offerings that such failures are not in
the direct control of Flow Master Hip Hop and that Flow Master Hip Hop will not be held liable for any malfunctions,
failures, settlement, fixings reimbursement or any type of compensation to you to solve such malfunctions or
transaction failures that occurred through Affiliates, Network Merchant's qualifying links, Organization, Sponsors
or any other established affiliates established methods.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Each of Flow Master Hip Hop offerings is provided as is where is and "as available". Flow Master Hip Hop hereby
disclaims any and all warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty as to accuracy, merchantability,
completeness, correctness, security non-infringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose of any Flow Master
Hip Hop offerings that is provided directly by Network Merchants or participating affiliates and your use of the
same will be uninterrupted or error free or that Flow Master Hip Hop will be available in the event of terminating
services to the Network Merchant, organization sponsors for what ever reason or can or willing to enter into any
engagement with you thereof.
